Sessions:

For initial appointments we recommend a 2 hour appointment for an individual and a 3 hour appointment for couples. For more information, call Erin (250) 309~7055.

Group Rates:
Vary depending on type, size and location of group.

Day, Evening and Weekend "ON TIME" Appointments.

Payment:
The payment methods we except our E transfer, Visa and MasterCard. You will be invoiced via email prior to your appointment date. Payment is due in the morning of your appointment day Instructions on how to pay will be sent within the email. We invoice for the appointment and deal with payment prior to the session so as not to waste precious session time with administrative tasks. Initial appointments for an individual is 2-3 hours and initial appointment for couples is 3-4 hours.

Once payment is received, an official receipt which includes the Registered Social Worker Number will be issued to you via email so that you are able to submit to an extended health provider or claim as a medical deduction on your annual income tax.

Late fees may be levied against accounts not in good standing.

Messages may be left on the confidential voice mail if we are unavailable and we will return your call as soon as possible and within 24 hours. Once registered with us, online scheduling is available 24/7. Changing appointments gets even easier as long as there is more than 24 hours notice and is as easy as going online.

Cancellation Policy:
